You will learn to explain Aurolab products clearly, support lens choices based on lifestyle and affordability, handle difficult interactions with emotional intelligence, and provide effective pre- and post-operative counselling for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. You’ll also strengthen your accuracy in documentation and follow-up.
